Current rate for one half-hour private lesson is $22*, however should you pay monthly the cost is $19*/lesson ($76/month). Week-to-week lessons must be paid at least 24 hours in advance of the lesson time, preferably one week before. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer or PayPal (PayPal payments will include an additional $2.50 surcharge due to service fees).

Upcoming absences should be reported as soon as they are known about, with no less than 24 hours notice. However, should extenuating circumstances arise (i.e. if the student wakes up sick), same-day notice will be accepted if delivered by 10am. Notice can be given by phone, text, email or by notification through the lesson portal in My Music Staff. In the interest of consistency for the benefit of both the teacher and the student, it is expected that missed lessons will be rescheduled within the same month for a mutually convenient time; there are no credits or discounts in lieu of missed lessons. Months that have holidays on the lesson days will be discounted accordingly.
Lessons cancelled by the student or parent after 10am on the lesson day or skipped (no shows) are lost lessons & billable.
In the event of a teacher absence, the missed lesson will be credited towards the following month unless a make-up lesson is convenient to book.
